Société civile des auteurs multimédia

I was lazily surfing the world wide web when a well targeted advert caught my attention on facesouk. If I was a fan of journalism, I could win €14 000 and be published in Le Monde.fr. Anti-scam radar on, I clicked. Great! Le Monde and You Tube just opened a new video competition on the vast (but not vain) theme of "Revolutions and  new technologies".

Even if the ten winners will have to share the big prize at the end, this advert stands far away from the usual "Win a million dollars at Casino Pipo" or "Work from home and earn £17 000 a week". I mean, one of the partner of this contest is no less than the big organisation that protects authors' intellectual property in France: la Société civile des auteurs multimédia. La Scam*.
The most honest Scam you'll ever see.

* L'arnaque en anglais! Ouais.
